What once struggled with flooding and limited space is now undergoing a stunning transformation. Our Dockside Revival Home stands out thanks to a groundbreaking in-house water protection method that resolved serious basement damage—without the need to break exterior concrete. This innovative fix saved time and cut costs, proving both smart and effective.

The property now features a fully regraded and leveled lot, a newly poured driveway, perimeter sidewalks with drainage gutters, and an added outdoor access point to the basement. We’ve also begun installing a second driveway and direct access to a rear shed. Tree stumps have been cleared, and large basement windows are being added for new bedrooms currently under construction.

This home is still in progress—but it’s already a showcase of transformation, function, and modern upgrades built to last.
